Requirements
Candidates must showcase technical skillsets suited to press tool assemblies, industrial machinery upkeep, or high-tolerance inspection workflows.
- Prior experience within tool room operations or automobile component supply chains.
- Ability to read, interpret, and convert intricate engineering design blueprints.
- Comfortable performing dimensional evaluations using high-precision verniers and micrometers.
- Commitment to maintaining factory-floor occupational safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Your target is to execute quality-driven production metrics, reducing turnaround constraints while upholding high output reliability.
- Run assigned machining setups systematically to generate punches and die buttons.
- Verify tolerances closely to secure flawless batches for logistics dispatches.
- Collaborate alongside floor teams and leadership under the guidance of founder Nikhil Prajapat.
